What does the cottage looks like?

Look at it, first with its old straw hat and then with the new one!

If you please, we'll go around before getting inside.

Thank you so much to Wolfgang Amadeus MOZART for the Andante of his number 21 Concerto.

The patio

Facing south and west, it gets lots of sun and that really is very nice most of the time at a 1050m (3450ft)altitude. Nevertheless, in summer, you do need sunshade because the temperature can reach 40°C outside, deeply contrasting with the one inside (about 20°C).

It has a 50m²(540sft) typical and beautiful local flagstones pavement, called: "lauzes". We do love to be there as soon as spring is back.

The access to the moor

When you get out of the house, just cross the patio. A short wooded footpath leads you to the moor and the high garden.

The thatched cottage from the moor

It does look like some sort of strange animal, crouched in a luxurius grove, watching the lake.
